About the Foundation
Healed In the Hills Foundation Inc. was founded by James Horkey in August 2024. Horkey, a recovered drug addict and alcoholic of 25 years, had this organization placed on his heart and created a non-profit to assist those seeking transitional living following treatment and a platform for volunteers to SERVE in community service projects.
